Check out the gardens. they offer quiet spots to unwind and enjoy nature away from the pool area.

It's a shame that the hotel is situated farther from town than expected!!! Improving evening walking options would really enhance the experience!!! The regular BBQ events can overcrowd the pool with non-residents, making it uncomfortable !!!

Absolutley shocked by the condition of my room, which had dirt in every corner. I asked for a ground floor room, but I was stuffed on the 3rd floor instead. I woudl ve been expecting at least a complimentary drink for the trouble, but no such luck. Left feeling more like an inconvenience than a guest.

Amazing food & great vibes
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome! The food at the restaurant was fresh and really tasty. The pool was super inviting. We had a fab time with live music that got everyone dancing. Just wish the pool bar was open a bit later so we could chill longer.

Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and beautifully maintained gardens, which added charm to the experience. The pool facilities were a highlight, perfect for unwinding. Though the shuttle service to town was limited, I appreciated the effort to provide a single morning trip. The dining was delightful, with freshly squeezed juice and delicious meals throughout our stay. accessibility could be a concern for those requiring mobility assistance, as there were steps to navigate despite being on the ground floor. the lack of evening entertainment options was somewhat disappointing.

We had a great time exploring St Ouen's Bay for surfing and relaxing at Grève de Lecq beach. The hotel's outdoor pool was fantastic, and the friendly staff made our stay even better. The bus service into town is convenient, giving you easy access to local attractions.
One downside was the lack of an elevator, which made moving between floors a hassle.

We enjoyed our time here, particularly the pool area which was peaceful and perfect for unwinding. My young grandson had a lot of fun exploring the gardens and felt safe. The staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. We appreciated the environment provided, especially having a comfortable room with a view of the gardens.
The evening entertainment was limited, and I noticed a particular aroma from the countryside. I wished we had more options for activities during the night.

pleasant stay with room for improvement
The rooms were immaculate and equipped with all essentials like a kettle and toiletries. Staff were perfection. every team member, from reception to the cleaners, was exceptionally polite and helpful. I enjoyed the pool view immensely, especially while relaxing with my family.
It’s a little dated but that didn’t bother me as much.

Family with children friendly place
The staff were lovely and so helpful, especially Carlos who made us feel right at home. The gardens were manicured and the pools were ideal for my kids to run around and splash around.
A bit on the pricey side, but still worth it for the experience.

The hotel has beautiful gardens with plenty of seating areas, perfect for relaxing in the sun with a backdrop of local flora. Plus, the pool area is decent, great for unwinding, although it was a bit chillier than expected in the summer months.
The rooms felt quite basic and a bit tired, with lukewarm water in the shower and hard pillows that made it harder to catch some quality sleep. Dinner left much to be desired. the food portions were small for the price, and the shuttle service into town felt more like a game of chance as it wasn’t prebookable. A distance of about 1.5 miles from the town means you're pretty reliant on the shuttle during the day and taxis at night, especially if you prefer a quiet escape but don’t want to hike back after dark.
